User: pages vs Template: pages

Hey there. I saw that you've been creating some map/status report templates. Those pages really should use the Template prefix rather than the User prefix. I realize you were probably just using the naming structure that the normal danger report pages use but that was really kind of a bad decision that was made long ago. It's probably best if those pages are moved to a template namespace and any additional pages created in the template namespace as well.
