Description

Vellacott Road is a street in the suburb of Vinetown.

History

A road for of large, well maintained houses for afluent families seems out of place for Vinetown, But most people who lived here worked at Burne Bank, The Lapwood Building or The Gracewood Building.

In fact in 1999 residents requested the site be officially recognised as part of Osmondville as its association with Vinetown devalued properties.

The request was rejected.
