May 2008 Soviet Army established their base here.

Barricade Policy

According to Ketchelbank Barricade Plan, this building should be maintained at EHB at all times. Free-running access into this area is provided by the adjoining Malton Zoo Aquarium which is kept unbarricaded at all times.

Current Status

7/30/2009 You are inside a warehouse. It looks like it's been out of use since before the quarantine. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded. Also here are Schaon (60HP), TypicalSurvivor (59HP) and Puppiemaster (60HP).A portable generator has been set up here.
