An imposing white-stone building with arched windows.

This is the headquarters for MRSA! As such there are tremendous splatters of blood and gore all over the building. Mostly from the sacrifice of various low level players who join MRSA unwittingly and do not follow orders and participate. The layers of spray paint covering the building are deep with MRSAisms. There is also a huge Boyle the MRSA Bear inflatable on the top, you just can't see it.
