Description

A warehouse located in the suburb of Rolt Heights. The warehouse was dual purpose prior to the "Malton Incident" wherein it both served as a place for its owners to store their merchandise and sell it wholesale. In this case the merchandise happened to be toys. While most survivors would no doubt have appreciated if the warehouse had instead housed automatic firearms, in bulk, at least some useful items can still be found here by those survivors willing to search hard enough for them.

Noted NecroTech scientist, Caleb Usher, was seen leaving this building with a plastic bag brimming with figurines. When questioned as to why he had the toys he replied, "They are not toys, they are collectible action figures. I need to make sure they are kept safe... from zombies."

Barricade Policy

This building should be Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded at all times. This is not in accordance with the mutually supported Rolt Heights Barricade Plan set forth in agreement with local survivor groups as it suggests that the building should be kept Extremely Heavily barricaded. This building was originally meant to serve as a safehouse for Malton's veteran survivors, but now serves as one of several bases for Metal Fox.

It should be noted that since Metal Fox monitors and maintains the barricades associated with its own barricade plan, it should be considered enforced. Survivors are asked to respect the group's wishes for the building's barricade level while they stay here.

March 28th, 2007 - A survivor recon report indicated that 3 zombies were recently spotted outside the warehouse, along with several more zombies wandering around in the general vicinity. Survivors are asked to take caution.
