An old picture of Witt Towers.

History

The Witt Towers were developed in 1969 by Jizzy Witt as public housing for the lower class of Kinch Heights. It had a pretty high juvenile-caused crime rate through the 70s & 80s. However, in the 90s the crime rate dropped as the Witt Towers native Lay-Z spoke the lyrics: "Crack is whack, so lets get the hood back! HOVA!" Since the outbreak, its been reasonably safe here... besides the zombies, but that's a different situation.

Barricade Policy
