Description:The Knights of St. Jude is one of the oldest continuing suburb defensive pro-survivor groups within Malton and Molebank. This fire-team has been operational within the city of Malton on the pro-survivor side of the equation since 2005. The Knights of St. Jude sometimes are referred to as the "KoSJ".
The Knights of St. Jude is a survivor group operating under the blessing of St. Jude, the Patron Saint of Lost and Desperate Causes. Molebank is considered holy ground by the Knights, as it houses St Jude's Cathedral. The presence of the walking dead within Molebank is a sin against St. Jude and God Himself, and as such, the Knights have pledged their life to eradicating the undead scourge.
The Knights of St. Jude maintain a strict hierarchy in their command structure. All decisions are made by the High Archon and carried out by his holy vassals. The Holy Archon answers directly to Saint Jude.
According to the holy traditions of the Knights of St. Jude, Saint Jude was one of the 12 Apostles and is the Patron Saint of Lost and Desperate Causes. The Knights believe St. Jude to be a shining beacon of light in the dark city of Malton. Since he is the saint of desperate causes, he is the Patron Saint of Malton. Despite popular belief, St. Jude's song improving abilities have not been well documented.
Recruitment
The Knights of St. Jude welcome pious individuals with a strong code of ethics, a desire to do right in this world, and a beating heart. Contact High Archon Jonny America on his forum if you feel worthy of walking the path of St. Jude. All hopefuls are expected to make the pilgrimage to the holy suburb of Molebank before being accepted into the order.
Philosophy
The Knights of St. Jude support aiding and healing survivors wherever there is need, regardless of creed or belief. We hope this will inspire people to walk the path of St. Jude. The Knights also encourage the gentle conversion of unbelievers through spreading information of our cause. Under no circumstances do the Knights condone the use of threat or force as a tool for converting the faithless.
