You are inside Crew Avenue Police Department, office space and interview rooms branch off from the main hallway. Smoke chokes the air. Thick trails of blood are smeared across the walls and floor.
A battered portable generator has been set up here. It only has a little fuel left, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 25.92 MHz.
Somebody has spraypainted we made them pay onto a wall.
There are three dead bodies here.
- You try to retune the transmitter, but something is wrong with the machine. You don't know what you are doing. Maybe it's the antennae (on the roof), maybe the dial is broken (turning it does nothing). Oh well, you will just have to listen to the EBS for now.
That banging noise really wants your attention.
