Description
A six-level office complex made of red bricks.
History
Built in the early 1980's to replace an elderly home between St. Francis' Hospital and the factory complex to the south the building was used as an office center by the suburb administration until the outbreak. The Stuart Building now serves as the headquarters of the group known as the Banana Rammarz.
