Well, I wanted to give folks a little time to comment on the rules and the page, and make sure there was momentum for participation. I'm planning to 'finish' everything there this weekend, and then call for the start of the running of the torch starting probably Monday. Then I need to coordinate with everyone's leadership to pick a date for the opening ceremonies - hopefully within a week or so.
