The Pegrum Square Fire Station is found in South Central Roachtown, just one block west of the ill-famed Roachtown ghettos. It is the only Fire Station in Roachtown, giving anyone who can hold onto it a slight advantage in the suburb. It is also a minor safehouse and may occasionally be barricaded higher than standard.

Barricade Policy

The policy of the building is to maintain a VSB+2 so allow non-free runners access while keeping it generally secure from attack. In the event of a crisis, however, it may be barricaded up to Extremely Heavily Barricaded (EHB) to ensure both the building's safety and that of its inhabitants as it is also a safehouse.

Current Status

• Now under ROACH Klips control and secured with a VSB strength barricade. Some refugees passing through and in use as a low need safehouse.
