Peddlesden Village is a suburb of Malton, located in the northwest of the city. Town life revolves around the Bascombe NT and its Swinnerton Square Police Department traditionally patrolled by the DHPD after it was the first suburb incorporated into the DMZ. The town was also the site of the beginnings of the Extinction zombie group and latterly has fallen under the thrall of The Dead. The suburb is physically divided into two halves, the northern and southern half, by a line of streets and the occasional carpark, and therefore there is a break in the freerunning lane for survivors traveling through.

25.96 MHz: "... leaving Peddlesden Village, counted a couple of dozen outside ... mostly just stragglers, no organised groups ... no lights on down there ... serious collateral damage ... the Bascombe Building has fallen - repeat, the Bascombe Building has fallen ..." --Immortal 23:50, 22 September 2010 (BST)

The Suburb is still a wreck. This has a lot to do with the Zombie "group" called Fat Camp, who have at least five members with oddly sequential ID tag numbers, and oddly identical names, who attack with amazingly tight coordination when it comes to timing. Maybe in the sub-basements of the Bascombe Building there is an experiment in Zombie cloning going on, or maybe there is another term for a group like that... Sassie 07:18, 22 September 2010 (BST)

25.96 MHz: "... leaving Peddlesden Village, counted a couple of dozen outside ... all stragglers, no groups ... no lights on down there ... most of the buildings are ruined ... the Bascombe Building has fallen - repeat, the Bascombe Building has fallen ..."

The suburb is now a Ghost Town. Considering the number of zombies reported has never been higher than 30 since July, when the situation was better, one has to wonder where were all the survivors when their suburb were being thrashed. Perhaps there wasn't that many survivors here since the beginning? -- Kittithaj 14:05, 28 August 2010 (BST)
