I changed the designation of the barricade plan to non-UBP-compliant, since the 33-21 VSB-EHB ration far exceeds the suggested 1-3 ratio. -- Fingersmith 5.July.2007

RESCUE Policy on Community Bulletin

The RESCUE Policy was mostly defunct by 2008 due to the introduction of ruin, but this section has never been modified to reflect this and no plan has ever taken shape to implement RESCUE. I'm removing it and the (otherwise completely unused) Community Bulletin section.--JimBraidwood 23:21, 1 October 2009 (BST)
