Raines Hills is a suburb of Malton, located in the north of the city. Raines Hills used to be a red light district like it's southern neighbors Huntley Heights, Roachtown and Randallbank but that all changed when the construction of four new churches replaced three clubs and one bar that used to be there. Since there was less business with the new churches coming in, the prostitutes and drug dealers moved down to Huntley Heights, making crime worse and Huntley Heights more crowded than it was before.

October 2009

November 2st

The MOB invasion is still ongoing. Approximately 20+ zeds in and around St. Henry's Hospital. St. Henry's has been ruined and the zeds appear to be moving on to the local fire station. Buildings east of this line are still EHB. -- User:Monroe

October 31st

It seems that some trick or treating MOB zombies tried ringing the doorbell at the Goldsworthy Building, but alas, they didn't open up. The zeds were infuriated at being ignored, and not getting their brain candy, so they resorted to tricks. The NT was ruined moments ago, and a handful of survivors were found in their bunks. None made it out. --FLZombie 03:22, 31 October 2009 (UTC)

25.96 MHz: "... flying over Raines Hills, it's looking empty ... a lot of lights on, looks the area's been reclaimed ... infrastructure looks intact too ... some survivor activity in the Morgane Building ..." --Ryan Rocksmith 14:11, 29 October 2009 (UTC)

Woke up in Sheehan Lane Police Department to find that 13 zeds had come through and torn down the barricades, and were inside the building, with several bodies on the floor. It looks as if a large scale invasion has occurred, or is occurring. As Sheehan in on the border of the suburb, I'm changing the status to yellow, with a possible horde coming in making it a possible red in the upcoming days. --SylarSrden 03:58, 30 October 2009 (UTC)

The Militant Order of Barhah is coming to town. Red is most definitely in your future. -- Grogh 00:17, 31 October 2009 (UTC)

October 13th

A patrol around the suburb reveals all important resource buildings are repaired and barricaded. All NT buildings, hospitals, and police departments are powered, as well. Only some of the less important fire stations are powered. This suburb is definitely safe. -- Kittithaj 20:14, 13 October 2009 (BST)

October 7th

25.96 MHz: "... looking quiet in Raines Hills ... lights are on across the suburb ... infrastructure looks intact too ... some survivor activity in the Jack Building ..."

Based on the EMR, I think we can call this suburb safe.

--Ryan Rocksmith 12:45, 7 October 2009 (BST)

A few ungrateful brain rot zombies shambled freely into the barricade-less rot revive clinic, the Jack Building, and ruined it. Perhaps they want other rotters to stay dead. All other NecroTech buildings are still fully operational, with barricades and power. - Kittithaj 23:22, 7 October 2009 (BST)

October 6th

25.96 MHz: "... minimal activity in Raines Hills ... power's on across most of the area ... infrastructure looks intact too ... some survivor activity in the Harnett Building ..." --Ryan Rocksmith 21:47, 6 October 2009 (BST)

October 5th

25.96 MHz: "... Raines Hills is still active, a couple of dozen on the streets ... a few outside Orders Crescent Police Dept ... a lot of buildings with lights on ... infrastructure looks intact ... the Halay Building is operational ..." --Ryan Rocksmith 04:18, 5 October 2009 (BST)

Some ruined building are still seen here and there, mostly clubs and other dark buildings which are harder to repair. The suburb will not be safe until all of them are returned to human hands. -- Kittithaj 05:00, 5 October 2009 (BST)

October 3rd

Further patrol revealed more important buildings have been repaired. The Halay Building is operational. Even the Jack Building is repaired, powered, and used as a rot-revive clinic once again. Although some buildings are left unpowered, not much ruins are seen. Downgrading further to Moderately Dangerous. -- Kittithaj 17:49, 3 October 2009 (BST)

October 2nd

A recent suburb patrol revealed many buildings repaired and powered throughout, including the Harnett Building, the Goldsworthy Building, both police departments, and Abraham General Hospital. For now, the danger level is reduced to Dangerous. -- Kittithaj 12:44, 2 October 2009 (BST)

Barricade Plan

Raines Hills Barricade Plan was created using the generator in Template:BarricadePlan, which itself is linked from the Uniform Barricading Policy. The Lime Brigade made strategic changes, with deviations from the template noted by labels in the plan. It was then further edited by the DEM, again with notes in the plan, primarily to add a few extra entry points on the west side which was severely lacking. Feel free to comment in the suburb's discussion page.
