Prior to the outbreak he held a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature and History from Columbia University, a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Tufts University, and a Master of Science in Molecular Toxicology from the University of California, Berkeley. He arrived in Malton while Joined the DHPD two days after arrival.
