Description

A large brick and limestone public school, McCreadie is one of three schools in Brooksville. It is located at [34, 69] on the south central border of the suburb.

History

The McCreadie Avenue School was part of a community educational complex that included the Cogle public library to the northwest, the Burrows Museum to the northeast and the administrative offices in the Piele Building to the north. The buildings were heavily used by the lower income families that lived in and around this rather industrial neighborhood.

The entire complex was quickly abandoned during the early days of the outbreak. Its lack of useful resources has left it largely ignored by the conflicts raging throughout Malton.

Barricade Policy

The Brooksville Barricade Plan states that this building should be kept very strongly barricaded (VSB). It is an entry point for the local cluster of buildings.

Current Status

Intact and barricaded to VSB. -- Idsfa 00:49, 23 April 2012 (BST)
