The Maver Building is a NecroTech facility located in the suburb of Edgecombe. Staff at this building commonly revive zombies at nearby revive points. The Caffin Building is one of three NecroTech facilities found in the suburb. This building is often used by the Malton Science Group to restock, on occasion. Members of project NecroWatch renovated the facility in recent months, as they installed sensor eyes for A.L.I.C.E. throughout the building and uploaded NecroNet 2.0 into the facility's system terminals.
The building's radio transmitter is commonly set to 26.70 MHz.
NecroTech staff continue to follow Directive 42-A, issued by the head office on January 19th 2006, with the activation and manufacture of MK-II revivification syringes. They have been charged with governing local revivification zones and seeing to the restoration of life to all zombies located therein.
The activation of NecroNet with all NecroTech buildings has also allowed scientists to apply the DNA tracking research they have gathered to date. Standard protocol dictates that all staff be equipped with a standard issue DNA Extractor to tag any zombies they come across during field research.
This building must always be Extremely Heavily (EHB) barricaded. This barricade level has been set forth by local survivor groups as part of a strategic barricade policy that is enforced by locals. This building's purpose is to serve as safehouse for veteran survivors who possess the Free Running skill and a safe location for science staff to continue their experimentation. Visitors are requested to re-barricade if they discover the building's barricades are lower than this level.
Zombie tracking reports are a free service provided by the NecroTech corporation to all its staff and local survivors in order to help facilitate quicker response times when managing zombie threats and to build a greater awareness of zombie migration patterns within the 9x9 block region around the Maver Building. As a cautious reminder, only those zombies tagged with the DNA Extractor will appear on these scans, so actual numbers may vary when dealing with older zombies (i.e. Brain Rot).

July 21 The building has come under repeated attack and finally the valiant Necrotech employees have begun to flee. The generator is gone and the building is now under attack by a small group of zeds. Things are looking grim. --Rowanlane 10:05 July 21 2009 (GMT)
July 14 The building is now home to a small but dedicated team of Necrotech employees who are attempting to return Edgecombe to some kind of order. Offering their services as a revive point to both regular and brain-rotted zeds, hopefully the building will remain intact for some time... --Rowanlane 11:10 July 14 2009 (GMT)
July 11 Building is repaired, lit and lightly barricaded. An attempt at creating a brain-rot revive point has been made, but whether the local Zeds will allow it to remain active is unknown. --Rowanlane 9:40 July 11 2009 (GMT)
July 10 Safe, EHB with 32 survivors inside, very small numbers of zombies floating around, if someone could update the status on the page to safe, I don't know what i'm doing... --CableLightButton 15:01 July 10 2008
