'''Raines Hills''' is a [[suburb]] of [[Malton]], located in the north of the city. Raines Hills used to be a red light district like it's southern neighbors [[Huntley Heights]], [[Roachtown]] and [[Randallbank]] but that all changed when the construction of four new churches replaced three clubs and one bar that used to be there. Since there was less business with the new churches coming in, the prostitutes and drug dealers moved down to Huntley Heights, making crime worse and Huntley Heights more crowded than it was before.

Zombie infiltration is minor.  Some buildings have come under fire and have been taken over, though most buildings are safe.  Those that the zombies are able to get a stronghold on are usually quickly retaken.  Most zombie groups are generally loosely organized and usually number no more than 5-10 per group. This plan was created using the generator in [[Template:BarricadePlan]], which itself is linked from the [[Uniform Barricading Policy]].  [[The Lime Brigade]] made strategic changes, with deviations from the template noted by labels in the plan.
