*There is no upper limit to how many (sub)pages your group can have, but plenty of empty ones will usually get deleted. It's just wiki precedent
*Yes, you will need a group category. Just add {{CodeInline|<nowiki>[[Category:Indian/Pakistani Leftovers]]</nowiki>}} to all your group pages, and add that category to {{CodeInline|<nowiki>[[Category:Group Subpages]]</nowiki>}}
*Your pages where probably deleted (if I remember correctly) because they had no content. One big page for all of Borehamwood sounds like a far better idea.
