Beer and Wine should have more of an effect in Urban Dead. So on top of HP, there would be another health unit: Soberity. Soberity is slowly restored over time. Drinking alchohol decreases it. Once it goes below a certain level, the player is intoxicated. When they are intoxicated:
*Every time the player walks, attacks, or repairs barricades, there is a certain chance they will fall over. When they fall, they lose some HP and must get up again for 5 AP before walking. While down, they are still a target.
*The character's speech becomes somewhat slurred, so certain letters will be removed from their speech.
*The character's ranged accuracy is reduced.
*The character's melee weapon strength is increased.
