Ok so here's the Deal...

Psycophil is a member of the DHPD and after a few months a former griefer (now reformed (edit: thats debatible (edit 2: pretty much proven completely false))) named Psycophill showed up claiming to be Phil but caused all kinds of mischief.

Fast forward...

So A bunch of the DHPD were joking around on our board [http://conndraka.proboards57.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1158809394&page=1 Here] and one thing led to another. The Phils are not Zergs but a desperate atempt at a joke that we intend to ride well beyond its death...

* and after it's dead we intend to stick it with a syringe and then ride it some more.
