The Coram Building is an old office building in the suburb of [[Lukinswood]]. The Emergency Broadcast System is located in a side room of this building. Please make your way to '''22,43''' and undress.  

It remains to be seen if the [[EBS]] is even of any use. Plus, it's rusty, smells repulsive, and repeatedly stuns radio operators with painful electric shocks, occasionally leading to death or disfigurement. 

We couldn't give a shit about actually using the EBS, but will protect it at all costs.
