'''A junkyard''' located in the [[suburb]] of [[Pescodside]]. Above the entrance gate is a large sign on which someone has spray painted: "''Burk's Junkyard and Tabernacle (Est. 2006)''". Survivors can barricade this location (even though the once mighty chain-link fence is breached) and while searching does, on occaision, yield something from a variety of items it should be noted that not everything found is considered useful. As such, survivors should consider this a safe haven when barricaded, but hardly the best place to stock up on useful gear.<br><br>

===Barricade Policy===
The junkyard is kept Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded and in a strategically sound location. This location was recently established as a survivor shelter by philanthropist Daniel Burk in an effort to provide a safe haven for any survivors in need of a place to rest. Burk's Junkyard and Tabernacle is advertised as: ''Your home away from home''.

This policy goes against the established suburb policy that the location be Extremely Heavily barricaded at all times as in accordance with the [[Pescodside Barricade Plan]].<br><br>
