==Description==
'''The Whitenoll Building''' is a large metal-and-glass building surrounded by railings.

In July of 2006, the [[Knights Templar]] arrived in Kempsterbank and found this building to be the perfect location to base their newly relocated group from its origins in [[Yagoton]]. Previously, it can be noted that this building was the home of the short-lived Sector House 13 which was very much on its last legs when the Knights moved in. It's small band of dedicated members were identifiable by a "Judge XXXX" name.
