End over-barricading, capitalist pigs! Let the new players in!


We in the Red Army believe that over-barricading marginalises new players, causing an inevitable slide into disillusionment of the disenfranchised populace, swelling the ranks of the unliving masses. Stop over-barricading! New players need food, weapons, medical supplies and places to sleep. Or one day soon, the bourgeoisie in their over-barricaded ivory towers will reap a zombie whirlwind. <strong>A player can be revived, but who can revive a society?</strong>


== Practicalities ==


Access to resources is a right not a privilege, but free-running is a privilege not a right.

Resources should not be hoarded by advanced players or groups. We suggest that if two hospitals are adjacent, one can be over barricaded while the other should be left at some suitable level of barricade (eg. VS++). 



The default level of barricades needs to be VS++. If there have to be many buildings at heavily barricaded and more then there should be <strong>many entry points</strong>. Generous numbers of entry points need to be maintained, so that they are not just targets, and maintained means that their <strong>entry point status is not lightly ignored</strong> and barricades built up. Survivors are needlessly dying. New players have nowhere to sleep.
