In April of 2005, numerous small projects appeared on [[Necrotech (Lexicon)|Necrotech's]] budget.  According to notes from several unknown employees, all of these projects were actually one, titled ''The Delta Project''.  If this is true, then Necrotech budgeted well over ten million Euros towards this project, making it fall just short of [[Project Sunrise (Lexicon)|Project Sunrise]].  These notes also suggest that the most important component, dubbed [[Xi (Lexicon|Xi]], was housed in the [[Cater Building (Lexicon)|Cater Building]].
