Though most of territory is covered with fields and two farms, [[Manor Farm (Monroeville)|Manor Farm]] and [[Samuel's Farm]], there are some buildings too. [[Greenwood Country Club (Monroeville)|Greenwood country club]]'s carpark is in the end of the road from [[South Monroeville]]'s south-west part, [[Hamilton Mansion (Monroeville)|Hamilton Mansion]] in the middle of fileds, [[Tarkington Mansion (Monroeville)|Tarkington Mansion]] and [[the Diehl Hotel (Monroeville)|the Diehl Hotel]] along the eastern road from the South Monroeville.

The farm and wooden barn surrounded by the cornfields in the north east are ransacked and have a small zombie population.

Hamilton Mansion is destroyed with about 16 zombies in total in or around it.

Greenwood country club is safe, but over barricaded.

Ran about in the Fields a bit and found a few ferals. Major problem is however, that most of the buildings/barns are ransacked and occupied by smallish (8-10) sized hordes.
