==The Prangnell Building (Millen Hills)==
===Description===

The '''Prangnell Building''' is located in [[Millen Hills]], a suburb of [[Malton]], widely popular for its five Necrotech buildings. 

The Prangnell Building, resembling an old Telco exchange, is located next to the red light district including [[Club Spirod]] with office blocks located on the first 15 floors, followed by 4 renovated apartment floors and a penthouse floor on level 20. Strippers and prostitutes were regularly seen exiting the Prangnell Building after all night shenanigans and office parties as well as from the nearby [[The Leggatt Hotel|Leggatt Hotel]].

Since the outbreak, the patrons populating the dark allies around this area have taken a turn for the better going from ragged hookers sucking on crack pipes to ragged zombies sucking on windpipes. Local 'Old Man Patterson' states "I liked the old Shelias here, but these new gals will do '''anything''' for a bit of head."
