Odd Starter brought this up a little while back, and no apart from myself deigned to comment. Seeing him raise the issue on the NexusWiki made me remember his attempt to get feedback, and so I've decided to put this policy here.

The way the Moderation pages are currently placed is in the main namespace. "Sure, who cares?", I hear you say. The problem with this is the fact that by using [[Special:Random]], you can end up at pages where you never realistically want people to stumble onto &mdash; archived deletions for example, archived arbitration cases, etc.

By moving the entire set of moderation pages into the project namespace, we can conform to the way damn near every wiki I've ever seen does it; as well as overcoming the issue with [[Special:Random]]. You wouldn't even need to type more; we would just have to make the already existing shortcuts point to the moderation pages new home.
