==Origin of the Case==
As per [[UDWiki:Administration/Arbitration/Jorm_and_the_MOB_vs_Zeug_and_Extinction|this case]] groups are not allowed to include people/other groups on their pages that do not wish to be there. J3D has listed the three of us on his [[2_Cool/Fan_Club|group's "fan club page]] without our permission, and in my case adding a rather insulting comment to my entry besides.

Sorry for inactivity regarding this case, you may or may not have noticed I haven't been around here as much as usual for quite some time now. I'm going to make a sort of ruling soon, probably tonight. Without looking like a hypocrite myself due a past case, it seems some people here are deliberately trying to stall and dramatize this. Still, that's their choice, and I won't make a decision in favor of a certain party because of it. And, as I think of it, it's mostly my fault this got so far, as I simply tolerated it (stalling, drama) by not adequately stepping in. Partly because I'm a bit inactive, mainly because the case in essence is just a small dispute which nobody, apart the involved parties, cares about.

::As I am the only person left in this case, I really feel as if the 2 Cool Fan Club, (that is if it is to be a true FAN club) should be created and moderated by actual fans of 2 Cool, not by 2 Cool themselves. Now, when we click on the profile of the only 2 Cool fan member who is legitimately eligible, his group name actually isnt "2 COOL ROX MAH FUCCKIIINN SOOXXXXX" , it is "the only member of the 2 cool fan club". Because of this, he doesnt fall under the criteria to be in the fan club, and is thus NOT in the fan club, therefore there is nobody who is actually in the fan club, therefore the page is useless and should be deleted, only to be recreated by an actual fan, if there is any.
