Philosophy

  • Anti-PKer
  • Anti-ZKer
  • Anti-Zerging
  • Anti-Random Revivification
  • Anti-Combat Revivification (Exception: Unless absolutely necessary)
  • Anti-Spy (Exception: Random Revives)
  • Help Human players in need under the assumption they aren't one of the above
    • Provide all forms of medical aid to those that need it
    • Provide Revives to those who request them
  • Engage potential targets that are deemed hazardous to the human survival
  • Organize the repair of Ruined buildings, and the barricading and repairing of potentially useful buildings for use by both high and low level characters.
  • Strong believers in vigilante justice

Outfitting

Outfitting is very important to ensure the survival of both you and the members of your squadron. Its recommend that you follow one of these base "Outfitting Templates" followed by any additional items you may also require.

At a Minimum

  • 1 Pistol/MIR80
  • 10 Pistol Clips (60 Rounds)
  • 5 First-Aid Kits
  • 1 Flak Jacket
  • 1 Radio which is tuned to a local security watch frequency

MIR80

All members of the Medical Infantry are given the opportunity to be armed with an MIR80, it is a highly efficient 6 round Carbine Rifle which was specifically designed for the Undead crisis in Malton. It fires the same ammunition found in the pistols used commonly in Malton so it is very rare to run out of ammo. However, it has many more advantages over the common pistol in terms of Velocity, Accuracy, and the general effectiveness it has against the Undead horde. It also features a digital zoom enhanced red dot scope, a fore grip for stabilization in frantic times, A high end suppressive silencer, Picatinny mounting rails, storage for 2 additional magazines in the stock, And an extremely reliable feed system which virtually reduces jamming to nil. It is issued only to Medical Infantry members if Non-MI members are spotted with these standard issue rifles, they have most likely stolen it from a PKed member of our division.

Damage 5 points (4 against a flak jacket.)
Base accuracy 5%
Capacity 6 Bullets from Pistol Clip
Encumbrance 4%

MIS4

All members of the Medical Infantry are given the opportunity to be armed with an MIS4, it is a highly efficient 4 shell Shotgun which was specifically designed for the Undead crisis in Malton. It fires the same ammunition found in the Double Barrel Shotguns used commonly in Malton so ammunition is always plentiful. However, it has many more advantages over the common shotgun in terms of its Recoil, Ease of reload, And General effect on the undead. It is issued only to Medical Infantry members if Non-MI members are spotted with these standard issue shotguns, they have most likely stolen it from a PKed member of our division.

Damage 10 points (8 against a flak jacket.)
Base accuracy 5%
Capacity 4 Shotgun Shells
Encumbrance 12%

Supply Conservation Response

In the event that the area becomes extremely hostile several actions will be taken. Always use these steps on valuable buildings first, as they are important for withstanding outright siege

  1. Repair ruined building (If Applicable)
  2. Deal with dead bodies in building
  3. Barricade building to extremely heavily barricade
    1. Maintain the building until the attack dies down
      1. Heal infected/injured with First-Aid Kits
      2. Maintain Barricade's extremely heavily barricaded status
  4. Move to next building and repeat, remembering to evenly space out extremely heavily barricade buildings with lightly barricaded ones to provide space for lower level characters
  5. Feel good that you saved lives

Once completed, begin work on non essential buildings

Tips to remember

  • Always heal survivors
  • Always deal with bodies, as they will come back, and they will try to rip out your throat.
  • And above all: Have fun! Its just a game!

How do i join?

We are looking for members who are enthusiastic about helping the greater good of Malton's human population. If you are the kind of person that loves to build barricades, repair ruined buildings, heal the infected, revive the dead, kill hostile infected and are not a member of any of the philosophies stated above, Then you'll do fine! Currently we recruit by Invite and Request only, but that doesn't mean you cant apply.

Comm Channels

We Currently do not broadcast radio waves, unless absolutely necessary to announce an extremely large movement of Undead characters. However we do regularily listen to the following frequencies: 28.05 MHz, 27.55 MHz, 27.52 MHz Rest assured, if you broadcast on those frequencies, we'll be listening in.
