Vigeous was born in the city of Venice near the end of the year nineteen-hundred and seventy eight. His parents and their cohorts were aristocratic eccentrics, and very deranged in their search for the macabre. Vigeous' childhood and teenage years were spent traveling between Venice's Poveglia and the Parisian Catacombs in France, where accommodations were both lavish and grotesque. As his parents grew older, they dabbled more and more into extremely potent hallucinates until one night, they cracked. Turning to Vigeous, they claimed he was not human. Hysteria ran through those attending the soiree, and soon they began attacking Vigeous. The police broke down the door to find the bodies of the coven strewn about. Vigeous himself sit in the middle of the room with nothing but tattered rags on, covered in blood and wounds. While the court ruled self defense, Vigeous was still sent to a mental asylum, located in Malton. There he spent many years, until the undead epidemic was unleashed full force upon the city's unsuspecting populace. Now he runs rampant, going wherever he fancies and killing on a whim.
