Purpose

A pro-survivor, mobile group - healing/reviving, barricading, eliminating zombahs and PKers.

The General Idea

We follow the western zodiacs, so we've got:

1. Aries (The Ram)

2. Taurus (The Bull)

3. Gemini (The Twins)

4. Cancer (The Crab)

5. Leo (The Lion)

6. Virgo (The Virgin)

7. Libra (The Scale)

8. Scorpio (The Scorpion)

9. Sagittarius (The Centaur)

10. Capricorn (The Sea-goat)

11. Aquarius (The Pitcher)

12. Pisces (The Fish)TAKEN

and we'll have 13 people, according to the certain "stereotype" each sign is given

1. Aries (The Ram: clears out buildings before anyone gets in there, basically the first person in. Our go to guy for buildings.)

2. Taurus (The Bull reckless but basically a sir-kills-a-lot. Not to mention no sense of direction, or smarts. Just kills things for a living. So if you have a lot of guns on you, this is the Zodiac for you!)

3. Gemini (The Twins: works together to create the craziest, most kick ass team EVER in every possible way. So these two guys are basically joined at the hips, and when separated, not as effective.(they're 2 SEPARATE people, by the way.)

4. Cancer (The Crab: Pincher. takes small stabs at the enemy, but never lets go, and never loses track of where they are. Plus, a extremely good hider, and builds barricades as easy as pie.)

5. Leo (The Lion: the leader, not the strongest, but the most equal, fair and has the most wisdom when it comes to leadership. Its a f**king LION. I mean COMMON!! DURHHHH. And yeah, basically a fast killer, and extremely wise. Just like a lion.)

6. Virgo (The Virgin: Our scout. He or she will be gathering valuable info from certain people inside our enemy gangs anyway possible. But they probably have to act all newbish to win the hearts of the other members, so they won't suspect anything. So overall, this job kind of calls more to the feminine side.(Not to be sexist, but it'll probably help a lot.))

7. Libra (The Scale: The backbone, support. Not exactly strong, but keeps us all alive by withstanding all the hits, so you better carry a lot of med kits. Probably like a meat shield, zombified, or even in human form. Basically gives us time to weigh our options.)

8. Scorpio (The Scorpion: Poisons the guy. Picks one person, stabs him a couple times, and slowly kills him/her off just like poison. It doesn't have to be a kill every time, but it can also be a kill after a day or two. As long as you keep track of them, as a zombie, or human.)

9. Sagittarius (The Centaur: Wise, quick, and durable. Basically like a centaur. So the person playing him will have to be fast, has a good sense of direction, and kills well. Also has good eyesight, so knows where to scout and can take care of him/her self. )

10. Capricorn (The Sea-goat: Our underground man. Takes in information, gives it to us. Doesn't matter what info it is. Recent pkers, ruined malls, mall tours, or maybe simply just a zombie being mean. Probably a radio user, and develops their own method of gathering information. I have no idea how you would do it, but I'm sure open for ideas.)

11. Aquarius (The Pitcher: Our reviver. Number one source for this person, is probably a needle. So if you're going for Aquarius, you better have a couple hundred of needles on you. Or maybe just enough to revive the group.)

12. Pisces (The Fish: Works in numbers. So this character will probably have many different accounts on a number of different forums, gathering information extremely fast, and efficiently.)

And thats it. 13 people, all kickass at certain jobs.

The whole point of this group is so pros can work together to form the most kickass, cooperative group ever assembled. Just think about it. 13 ZODIACS that people look up to in admiration. --Virgo 05:36, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

History

The Zodiacs was founded in January 2008 by veteran members of Ackland Mall Security. The roster was quickly filled out by players from Tompson Mall Security and Ackland Mall Security, some veterans themselves, others new to Urban Dead.

Helped Woodroffe Mall get back on it's feet

Helped retake Hildebrand Mall - twice! Thanks to the Quartly Study Group for their support!
Ran into the (in)famous Leonard Futz, and started selling Futz t-shirts the mall.
Hilde seems to be holding it's own, so, we're off to another location!

Feb 10-15 2008
Held Morrish NT and Byron Auto (entry point) open, allowing Giddings Mall to be retake by survivors.

Helping to keep Creedy gatehouse open. Facing constant break-ins.

Fort Creedy has fallen. We are fighting alongside the Creedy Defense Force to re-establish Creedy, using Farmer NT as a jump-off point, but even farmer is hard to keep open...

It is with heavy heart we have to announce that we've lost our founder through a (real life) tragedy. We send our prayers to Raygen's family. We will soldier on in his name. --Le bourreau 17:25, 29 April 2008 (BST)

With the loss of our leader, Raygens, we've lost momentum. Aswering the call of Taurmigan Gistarai, we came to the aid of survivors facing the zombie horde. At the last minute, it seems, they changed their minds, and horded elsewhere.
