Each leader rules his Administry via a sort of proxy by EHHH!?, who controls the GROUPNAME through them.

The Administry of Information (Abbrev. AI) gathers information about politics and other groups, as well as puts forth information pertaining to GROUPNAME itself. Also, the AI works with the AT to gather military intelligence.
