After the Gulf War, the U.S Marine Anthony Swofford went to South America. He knew an Argentinean woman there and 2 years later, they got married. They had a boy called Leon, which means ''lion'' in spanish. Five years later, they moved to Racoon City and Anthony joined the Raccon Police Department. Unfortunately, with the viral outbreak, he died on duty while he was fighting some zeds. Leon and his mother escaped from the city, before the nuclear bombs destroyed everything. Leon grew up in a military academy and he joined the army at the age of 18. He discovered Malton's zombie outbreak, when his Lieutenant asked him to send classified news to the Commander. He joined immediatly the second group who was sent to help malton's people. During the first mission, Leon lost his group in a zombie ambush. He walked alone for a week, until he found a survivor group. The '''Umbrella Biohazard Containment Service''' saved Leon when a zombie raid caught him off-guard. Leon joined the UBCS, and he swore to fight bravely and give the best of him to the people who saved him.
