It's Emilio Estevez! You know, the guy from the Breakfast Club! Formally a member of the Malton_Civil_Defense_Unit / Department_of_Emergency_Management, he has decided to live the life of a loaner. He now helps the people of Malton as a free agent, serving justice... One zombie at a time.
Emilio, though no longer officially a part of any organization, will still come to the assistance of any survivor groups that require aid. His radio is always set at 26.42mhz if you need to contact him. He will reply on that frequency unless otherwise specified. His M.O. involves cleaning out resource buildings of zombies, dumping the bodies, repairing any damage to the building, getting barricades up to VSB level, using FAKs on badly hurt survivors, setting up and refueling generators, setting up radios transceivers, and combat reviving.
