I see you have updated the EMRP: Reports to Process page. But for whatever reason, you edited the time of the report. And the new time was incorrect, missed even more than the original time.
My advice is, when you first see External Military Report(s), log into the Wiki and add them as soon as possible. That way, the time will be most precise. If you have to correct the time, then change only the timestamp (i.e. the ~~~~~) instead of time of all suburb reports. If you're late and unsure of the original time of reports, then you better not add them. There are a few people who are experienced with updating this page, me included, who add such information everyday. So, you may consider updating news for suburbs and buildings instead.
