Still cannot figure out why the variance in the size of blocks when multiple suburbs are displayed together. Seems to have something to do with the presence of text or other marker within the cell (aside from background color). Text seems to alter the display of a cell regardless of other height/width rules.

Also need to figure out the whitespace issue between templates. [[User:The_Rooster|Rooster]] thought he might have an idea about that, referring to extra lines of code in the templates.
