VashX20 is the one person in charge of keeping the public appearance of The Malton Reapers suitable and in order Vash is also who any would be joiners would contact for membership although final say is left up to CptWesker, only when you have joined The Malton Reapers will you even speak to him let alone meet him, Fear Us, Loathe Us, Join Us
