This template was given as a reward to the winner of the Soldiers of Crossman's first Slay EVIL contest, in which participants were invited to kill members of EVIL using interesting weapons. Justin Scott managed to nab EVIL's leader (which netted him bonus points) twice, using a Toolbox for the killing blow both times (extra bonus points!).
