Image holding place for the rotating images so that images waiting in the queue (and unlinked) will not be deleted as orphaned/unused images. This will eventually go into the main RRF page and the MHS pages so that images from a gallery can be shown depending on when the page is viewed. Not perfect due to caching issues but should change daily / semi-daily.
