This looks amazing ZL. The only thing you may want to consider is outlining the lightbulb symbols so they show up better. Like this:

- Agreed, this is amazing. I'd be 100% behind a suburb level change like this. Incidentally, I believe EMRP does account for Ghost Towns. A EMRP of a ghost town would be something like "...flying over Dakerstown...it's a wasteland down there...can't see any signs of life...". ~
