The Govier Arms must be kept at vsb at all times as an entry point to Sillence Walk Police Department for equipment to better fight the growing threat of Quarlesbank.
Current Status
7/29/2009 You are inside the Govier Arms, an abandoned pub. The building has been very strongly barricaded. Also here are God of Shadow, SieurWapiti and Tony Parkerson.A portable generator has been set up here. It is running.
