Description
A tall, pale, black haired lady in a Police Uniform. She has a look of confidence and pride. her belt is stacked with different utilities, first aid kits, syringes, spare ammo, her baton and even a fire axe. Her hands shake slightly as she moves about. Her rank indicates she's a Sergeant of the Barned Way Police Department. A symbol on her shirt shows she is part of the Reconnaissance and Intelligence branch of the station.
Though she appears like a normal officer, the British accent of her voice is a clear give away she is not from around here originally. She was transferred to Barnerd Way Police Department as a scheme for British and American law enforcement to learn the other's tactics and skills, seeing how they can integrate it in their own way. Three officers from each country were sent to each station and department to receive training and to operate as a police officer in that state or province.
Unfortunately for SGT. Emrissah, she was in the city of Malton as the plague struck. Trying to cordon off certain zones and keeping civilians in check, the department was being stressed to it's capabilities. Slowly but surely, just like the rest of the Departments in Malton, Barnerd Way began to fall.
The fight was never over for Malton though, and the same could be said for Kempsterbank, with the arrival of a group calling themselves the Knight Templar, who fought to keep the suburb of Kempsterbank and it's citizens safe. After narrowly surviving the fall of the Barnerd Way Police Department with a few other officers, SGT. Emrissah tried her best to help keep Kempsterbank secure.
A few months after this post-apocalyptic nightmare started, Lucy decided there was something missing in Kempsterbank. Law. The Knights Templar hunted murderers, sure, but there was little concern for the quiet citizens of Kempsterbank - just their safety from the undead horde. Ergo, she decided, to rebuild what had fallen, and thus, the Barnerd Way Police Department was reborn.
It was a slow start at first, few were willing to place trust in a new group, and members came very slowly. But over the course of time, the new staff of this Police Department, headed by SGT. Emrissah, started to grow.
Now, the Department is back in operation, murderers are hunted, any who seek refuge in the Department kept safe and well. The now Lieutenant Lucy Emrissah, knows that without her, this station would be in the hands of the citizenry, and that may have meant not as safe. But what she takes pride most in - is her team. Those that took the badge and are ready to protect and serve the public.
