Updates
Right, a few changes for you to review. Hope these are okay.
1) I merged the staff and duties sections.
2) I moved the leadership to the top of this section.
3) I removed the MIA section at the end: I've maintained this section before with a different group, and from personal experience I can tell you that in a few months this would have ended up being bigger than the current roster....
4) I reworked most of the sections to make them more concise.
