It can be unofficially reported off-site at the [http://zombies.dementiastudios.org/boards/index.php?topic=12.0 Zerg Liste] and some other locations. I also recommend contacting any groups which may be active in your in-game suburb, which you can find listed on that suburb's wiki page.
