-) I merged the staff and duties sections.

-) I moved the leadership to the top of this section.
-) I removed the MIA section at the end: I've maintained this section before with a different group, and from personal experience I can tell you that in a few months this would have ended up being bigger than the current roster....
-) I reworked most of the sections to make them more concise.
