Clearly superior to nearby Wasteland 76,37 and Wasteland 76,39.
History
Used as a dumping ground by the filthy tenants of Ostler Towers before the outbreak, many of Heytown's homeless frequented the location as a source of food and clothing. Some eventually set up a makeshift camp, made from discarded appliances and bedding mostly, the remnants of which can still be seen to this day.
