PyroSadist
The man he is now came from Dunell Hills; the man he was before is lost ... even to himself.
By his own account, he recalled sitting on the edge of death in a state of delirium. The recently deceased crept upon him and the story might have ended there.
Instead, a Great Design manifested, forcing the man out of consciousness and destroying his would-be killers.
When he regained a semblance of consciousness, the remnants of a fiery catastrophe remained. He struggled hard against the petrol vapors and fumes recently liberated from cubicles, office chairs, and ceiling tiles. It was then he was addressed by THE VOICE.
THE VOICE explained itself to be that of Phlogistera, Fire Goddess. She explained that she had opened his mind to the mysteries of The Cleansing Flame by revealing to him Her Great Design. It was now the man's choice to continue his pathetic life or be the first of Her sacred Fryers--to explore, promote, and pursue Enlightenment and The Path of Burnination.
In the presence of such an awesome force, the man chose to be Her Fryer. He walks Malton, spreading Phlogistera's Word. He seeks the other Fryers to better walk The Path of Burnination so that he might embrace The Cleansing Flame.
He calls himself PyroSadist and only regrets that his mind was too weak to see and understand the full splendor of Phlogistera's Great Design.

- After nearly a month of fasting, punishing exploration, and automatic writing; the man has returned to Fryerbank to improve the suburb. He claims to have seen (either in person or through remote viewing) no fewer than 16 suburbs and informed passersby of their each and every detail.

- A Vision - while gathering kindling for a fire, he pulled an old map of Malton off a wall. He noted how previous inhabitants had scribbled notations about which buildings were safe and was covered with sticky notes detailing the movements of the Hordes. Just as he was about to ball it up and throw it in an improvised burn barrel, Phlogistera whispered to him. The map spontaneously combusted in his hands and he knew that She was telling him it was time to Enlighten Malton regarding the status of its buildings. Perhaps, they'd finally be able to choose which path to walk.
- Feeling the Yetis were pitted in a losing battle, he took to the road.
- One the way to Fryerbank, he decided to help the Yetis in their mission to reclaim/rebuild Whittenside.
- Began making his way to Fryerbank after deciding its name was a guidepost to locate other sacred Fryers.
