:Thanks for actually taking the time to reply to this. I honestly thought you guys left the city behind. Haven't been hearing a lot from you guys recently. I mainly brought up the idea of an election because there isn't a lot going on in the wiki. Hey! Sorry I missed you yesterday on NecroConnect IRC. I tend to leave it open while working, so if [[User:Aichon|someone]] pings me I can respond quickly. If you want me to notice a message right away, it's best to type my username (which I think is Bob_Moncrief on that channel) so it makes a lil' beeping noise at me. (As it was, I only noticed your message about an hour later.) If it's urgent you can also hop on #udwiki on irc.nexuswar.com and try me there. Welcome
Hi Jerran, and welcome to the wiki.
Just to point you towards some helpful info since I noticed you were having issues with signing and timestamping your edits, you may want to check Help:Contents#Posting in talk pages. It provides some details regarding signing your posts, but to summarize it here, you can sign your post by typing in four tildes (i.e. "~~~~"). Once you save the page, it will automatically be converted into a signature with a standard timestamp attached. Alternatively, you can press the signature button () on the toolbar at the top.
Also, be sure to use the "Show preview" button before clicking "Save page". You can look over your previews as many times as you want before saving the final edit, and it lets you make sure that you've gotten things right, that way you only make one edit, rather than lots of them. Since the wiki keeps track of every edit made, saving lots of them in a row is seen as rude behavior by some folks because it fills the page history with all of those edits.
Anyway, welcome once again, and I hope you enjoy your time here. —Aichon— 19:14, 11 April 2015 (UTC)

Mayor of Malton
Greetings, citizen.
Earlier this year, you expressed an interest in electing a new Mayor of Malton. We thank you for your interest, and are pleased to inform you that will not be necessary. Martial law has been declared, and elections have been suspended indefinitely.
Rest assured, the current Mayoral team is entirely well-equipped to continue to handle running the city’s affairs.
Thank you for your concern.
(Vice) Mayor of Malton,
- His Imperial & Royal Highness, the Archduke d’Œuvre 01:36, 3 September 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks for actually taking the time to reply to this. I honestly thought you guys left the city behind. Haven't been hearing a lot from you guys recently. I mainly brought up the idea of an election because there isn't a lot going on in the wiki. (got a few people interested, but not enough to consider an actual election) The metagame has been lacking for several years, and i've been thinking of ways to get more people interested.
- As long as you guys remain here to run the city's affairs (or what's left of them), and as long as nobody has issues with you remaining in office, I see no problem with you guys keeping your positions.
